Easy Microwave Baked Apples

As you all know, apples are very healthy. Fresh is good, but cooked is even better! You can bake apples...in the microwave! Heres how...

Ingredients:
-1 medium apple
-1 tsp Ground cinnamon
-1 tsp Brown Sugar

  1. Peel the skin off the apple with a peeler.
  2. Slice the apple into eight wedges and place in a microwave save bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the apples.
  5. Cover the bowl, and microwave the apples on high for about 1 minute.
  6. Enjoy!
