Apples
Apples are probably the most recognizable fruit out there. They are many different varieties of apples, each with its own unique taste and texture. Apples are very healthy, and should be part of everyone's diet, including those that are not trying to lose weight! They are a great source of vitamins B, B1, B2, bioflavonoids, and minerals. Apples are full of fiber, so they will help keep you full without consuming many calories. A medium sized apple is only 90 calories, and you can never have too much! Be sure to pick up a few apples the next time you're at the grocery store!
